Prior to founding Henry Elliott and Company, Inc., Ken was employed for eight years as a vocational and rehabilitation counselor, account manager and technical recruiter with three different organizations. The company name, Henry Elliott & Company, is a combination of the names of Ken’s grandfather and father and was created to reflect the business ethics that identify them both.
Ken is the founder of the leading national Caché and healthcare IT contract and direct placement firm. With Henry Elliott, he created a highly specialized staff augmentation company which specializes in the provision of Caché and healthcare information technology computer professionals. Currently, the company employs more than 60 technical professionals and has developed an extensive database of contacts. Ken is responsible for client relationship management, business development, internal business operations, training, marketing, and company-wide administrative management.
Ken worked in the professional services, staffing and human resources industries for 8 years prior to founding Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. in 1992. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Curry College. Presently, Ken is also a trustee of the College.
Mary is responsible for extensive new business development by finding new opportunities and researching leads to establish relationships with potential clients as well as client relationship management of our long-standing customers with Federal Health IT and Healthcare IT industries. She is also responsible for the identification and qualification of highly skilled technical professionals within the Caché and healthcare IT industry. Works closely with prospective and current candidates to prepare and counsel them on various contract and direct placement opportunities within our industry.
Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology/criminology from University of Miami.
Joyce is responsible for the identification and qualification of highly skilled technical professionals within the Caché and healthcare IT industry nationally. Works closely with prospective and current candidates to prepare and counsel them on various contract and direct placement opportunities within our niche industry. Involved with extensive new business development and client relationship management of our longstanding customers which include software vendors, systems integrators, medical providers, insurers, laboratories, service providers and financial institutions. Assists with numerous marketing efforts including trade shows, educational and training initiatives.
Joyce worked for over 15 years in the staffing and consumer products industries prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Her responsibilities included recruiting, account management, and branch management. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lesley College.
Robbyn is responsible for the day-to-day financial, human resources and business operations for Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Responsible for the oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and financial functions and works closely with our accounting, legal and insurance providers for compliance. Responsible for vendor management/procurement functions. As primary human resources contact maintains the benefits and health insurance programs. Robbyn works closely with our account management, recruiting and technical employees on a daily operational basis.
Robbyn has worked in the software industry for 6 years prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. Her responsiblities included managing AP, AR, Payroll, HR and benefit adminstration. She holds a degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
Chris is responsible for all day-to-day office management. He manages the corporate operational office while supporting the technical consultants who assist our client companies. In addition, Chris works with our senior marketing analyst on marketing and website initiatives and assists the controller with AP, AR, and payroll. Chris is the primary liaison to our IT managed services provider, assisting with all aspects of our internal information technology. He also works closely with vendors providing services and products to our office.
Prior to joining Henry Elliott & Company, Chris worked in the real estate field for 13 years as a Director of Operations. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from The University of South Carolina.
Madison is a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager for Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. She provides support to expand business within existing customers and develops leads and new business within our industry. Works closely with prospective and current candidates skilled with InterSystems IRIS/ Cache/ HealthShare technology to identify staff augmentation placement opportunities. Assists with numerous marketing efforts including trade shows, job postings, social media, and focused advertising efforts.
Prior to working for Henry Elliott & Company, Madison was a business development professional within the finance field. Madison has a bachelor’s degree in both Advertising Communications and Italian from the University of Rhode Island.
Adrian is an experience Technical Recruiter and Account Manager for Henry Elliott & Company. He provides support to expand business within existing customers and develops leads and new business within our industry. Works closely with prospective and current candidates skilled with InterSystems IRIS/ Cache’/ HealthShare technology to identify staff augmentation placement opportunities. Prior to working for Henry Elliott & Company, Adrian was a Senior Talent Acquisition partner for top fortune 500 Companies in their respective verticals Philips, Fidelity Investments, and CVS Health. He studied Criminal Justice at Curry College.
We are currently assisting our integration partners with technical experts in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs health system through the following initiatives:
