Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health Connect Consultant to support our U.S. and global customers with Health Connect implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role will provide expert-level support and assist with integrating Health Connect with cloud technologies, with training provided on cloud-specific aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Health Connect implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with Health Connect Pipelines, Source Control, and File Adapters.
- Collaborate with Cloud teams on Health Connect integration.
- Manage Health Connect systems for high-volume environments (millions of messages/day).
- Provide support across U.S., UK, and Asia Pacific regions.
- Ensure security and compliance with healthcare data regulations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Health Connect, including Pipelines, Source Control, and File Adapters.
- Experience providing Health Connect customer support and managing high-volume systems.
- Strong understanding of web application security in healthcare.
- Ability to configure sync/async mirrors and address performance issues.
- Familiarity with Health Connect upgrades and troubleshooting complex environments.
Desirable Skills:
- Cloud integration experience (training provided).
- Experience with Production Validator and comparing Health Connect messages.
- Understanding of healthcare standards like HL7 and HIPAA.
